Hi Fellow DeSeq users,
I have used DeSeq for a few of my expression analyses and was trying to plot a PCA graph (for sample clustering) with the same. Here is the command i used: print(plotPCA(vsdFull)) I am getting the following error: Please give the x-coordinate for a legend.plotPCA Please give the y-coordinate for a legend. Has anyone seen this before? Please let me know as I am not that proficient with the package yet and would appreciate any input from you. Thanks in advance AniS |

Hi AniS, I suspect you've posted in the wrong forum, but... You could try asking your question in an email to the contact address for DESeq listed here:
