Hello All,
I am wondering if someone has used selected UDI sequences such as the IDT UDI 10 nt long barcodes in a combinatorial fashion and made any convincing results or would advise against doing this? Aim would be to do this on a MiSeq, so Index hopping is not of concern. I would like to run a smallish, preliminary experiment using ~ 4x96 samples (all on one MiSeq run) but also for this specific reason I don't want to order that many UDI pairs. Thanks!
