I have some basic questions about MOSAIK input
1) Can Mosaik take multiple input fastq files? (Whether from the same library fragment size or not)
2) Can Mosaik handle interleaved fastq files with Illumina paired-end data?
I could of course concatenate and de-interleave, but I want to avoid single huge files and I am trying to keep the number of input formats down for the various assemblers/aligners I am using (and for some other programs and operations interleaved files are required/superior)
Any help is appreciated!
