Hi all,
Do you know what is the meaning of the names? For example: TAKEN_p_TCGAb_379_400_FFPE_NSP_GenomeWideSNP_6_D09_1513182.hg19.seg.txt TAKEN_p_TCGAb_379_400_FFPE_NSP_GenomeWideSNP_6_F11_1513230.hg19.seg.txt URAEI_p_TCGASNP_b85_N_GenomeWideSNP_6_A07_735116.hg19.seg.txt URAEI_p_TCGASNP_b85_N_GenomeWideSNP_6_B05_735068.hg19.seg.txt I have here 4 files. the 2 first seems to have somthing in common, and the the 2 others also. Both from the TCGA level 3 for BRCA. Moreover, they are mapped to different barcodes, so i guess its not the same patients. Any light? Thanks, Pap |
