Well exactly I also don't know the meaning of deletion. As far as I know it is an element of a chromosome of DNA that gets lost and this is caused by some kind of genetic disease like male fertility. What idea do you have about deletion?

No, this is off base. It is associated with recombination and not caused by disease. Here is the answer: from google. I want to point out that there is a biology stack exchange site for these general questions (though google is probably the best place to start).

If you are wanting to know something other than the definition of a deletion then we will need to know more. Please reconsider your question and provide more information, otherwise it's not possible to guess what it is you are asking.

                Strategies for Sequencing Challenging Samples
                by seqadmin

Despite advancements in sequencing platforms and related sample preparation technologies, certain sample types continue to present significant challenges that can compromise sequencing results. Pedro Echave, Senior Manager of the Global Business Segment at Revvity, explained that the success of a sequencing experiment ultimately depends on the amount and integrity of the nucleic acid template (RNA or DNA) obtained from a sample. “The better the quality of the nucleic acid isolated...
