    How to find inner mean distance and standard deviation in Galaxy

    I'm using Tophat2 in Galaxy and trying to find inner mean distance between mate pairs and the standard deviation for distance between mate pairs. I know that the library was selected to produce inserts of 200bp and the length of the adaptors is 120bp.

    How can I determine the inner mean distance and standard deviation using tools in Galaxy?
