Spammer/scammer private message

I got my first "private message". And it was spam!
Eco, you might want to enable a "report spam to adminstrator" for private messages, if that is available.

Here is the text of message (redacted, where appropriate):

I have received the same message twice, from "members" Dersterman and XandderrMan.
