Does anybody have experience with Hiseq4000 on ChIp-Seq analysis?

Hi,

There is a new platform called Hiseq4000 available from Illumina. As far as I learnt from the company, it hasn't been validated for ChIp-Seq application yet.

Has anybody perfomed ChIP-Seq using this platform? If so, what is the size of the individual FASTQ files?

I worry that the raw files would be too big for the available ChIp-Seq programs with GUI to handle the data.
