Hi
I am looking for causative mutations for a recessive autosomal disease. I have an excel file consist of exome sequence data of parents and one affected child. The question is there any way/ formula in excel to check compound mutations? That means the parents are heterozygous (one bad allele and one normal allele) so they do not show the disease but in child we have a heterozygous situation consist of two causative alleles. Thanks |
