    Genome finisher

    hi all,
    Please can you help me to generate the report of GenomeFinisher? I m trying the run.sh but i am not able to get it.
    This is the error i m getting

    ERROR! File not found (reference): /home/pc30/Desktop/GenomeFinisher_1.4_include_BLAST_Linux/gf
    In case you have troubles running QUAST, you can write to [email protected]
    Please provide us with quast.log file from the output directory.

    Please help me.
