Hello.
I want to make a simple (maybe) question.
I have to run an HRM analysis for a specific gene with 3 different HRM kits.
The HRM machine that i will use is the Light cycler96 from Roche.
What i want to ask is about dyes.
In the first kit the dye is Resolight
In the second kit the dye is Eva Green
And in the third kit the dye is Syto9
If i run those three different kits on the same run, how should i configure the program (Detection Format) ? Does all these dyes have the same Quant and Melt factor ?
Does any one have use that machine with different dyes ?
