VCFtools 012, no header?

Hi all,

Aren't we suppose to have a header on 012 files generated with VCFtools? Here is my code line:

vcftools --vcf file.vcf --012 --out newfile

I confirm that my vcf file is normal, contains a header...etc. If the 012 file contain no information about the individuals, there is not much one can do with it.

Any thoughts would be well appreciated.
