Default diagnostics labs - what do they use?

Hi all, just wondering what the current state-of-play is with regards to clinical diagnostics labs, whether in the UK, European, or US context. Are small gene panels still the go-to? Or are more labs embracing whole-exome sequencing? Are any using full whole genome sequencing?

In US, FDA has approved the following tests. All other uses are in research settings.
