Default cuffcompare- extract locus information from XLOC/TCONS

I'm trying to look for potentially novel lncRNAs using cuffcompare. My plan was to go through the 'u' class of unknown intergenic transcripts but I'm not sure how to get the locus information. I have TCONS/XLOC ids, is there any way to get the genomic coordinates from this information? Any help is appreciated!

edit: I found a way to do this using the gffread utility.
