Minia download mirror?

The download site for Minia has been down for a few weeks it looks like (minia.genouest.org/), does anyone know of an existing, or could host a download mirror for the program (assuming that's not against the license - it is open source)?

Here is a mirror:

and for DSK:

http://bx.psu.edu/~rxc48/dsk-1.6333.tar.gz

Genouest.org is having IT troubles but they should be back up soon (however this is outside of my control).
