Hello
I am posting the cycle scans from an IQ run, and I posted the related thread 'IQR report' a few days ago. From the IQ run report, the FC2 failed some of the check lists. I want to know what was wrong with the FC2. For detailes, refer to the previous thread 'IQR report'. Please give me any idea about what happened in the FC2. I have another question. I analyzed the run log of the IQ run, and I found that it takes longer time to scan FC1 than FC2. Is it normal? |

what size is your slide for this run is this a quad? 200 mil usable beads is really low for a whole slide you should expect closer to 700 mil.
I have never done an IQ run though, our service engineer performed an IQ run when they installed the machine but since then I have not had to do one. If this is for a whole slide I would say that it could be a deposition issue or a bead quant issue. Last edited by asaleh; 07-05-2011 at 07:12 AM. |
