Institutions: Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA Department: Center for Computational Discovery at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center Reports To: Director of the Center for Computational Discovery Salary: Commensurate with level of experience Status: Full-time The Center for Computational Discovery (CCD) collaborates with laboratories in the Cancer Center of the Massachusetts General Hospital to take high-throughput approaches (e.g., sequencing, microarray, functional screening, imaging) to answer applied and fundamental questions in cancer biology and medicine. We seek an expert in the analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. Responsibilities will include:
