Hi All,
I am working with canFam2 data. The commands used are: canFamrefGene <- makeTranscriptDbFromBiomart(biomart="ensembl",dataset="cfamiliaris_gene_ensembl") exonRangesList <- exonsBy(canFamrefGene, "gene") the data is not sorted per chromosome in the exonRangesList object. This is later giving me problems with countOverlaps function. Can someone please help. |
