Hi all,
I'm currently being thrown into creating a library prep for some samples in our lab. We plan on multiplexing because and we want to throw in upwards of 6 samples. My lab has created library preps in the past but they used a different sequencing facility and older technology. We still have the left over reagents but I don't know if they will be compatible with HiSeq2000. Can someone tell me what the current read1, index, and read2 sequencing primers are? I have enough "barcodes" but I need to know what the sequence on either side of those "barcodes" are. |

Also, I've been trying to find these on my own but I guess I just don't know enough about this stuff yet. What are the SE and PE primers?
