DNA Alignmet Algorithms- Online Alignment Tools
Hello,
I'm working on my thesis and it is about the comparison of DNA Alignment Algorithms. I need to find websites that has software running these Alignment algorithms. Would you suggest Online Alignment Software that I can reach ? Thank you in advance.. |

T-coffee is available on several servers
http://www.tcoffee.org/Projects_home...home_page.html I have not used them in years, but CLUSTALW servers should be available at the Pasteur Inst., EMBL, and likely others as well. |
