Default 0 families found in RepeatModeler

Everyone, I am using RepeatModeler3.3.0 to built a bacteria library. I tested several times with same output. The whole process is ok, and output files included an empty consensi.fa. consensi.fa.classified could not be found. Some information of the log is following:

It seems the none families were found. Could you give me some suggestions? Any help will be appreciated.
