Dear all,
i am trying to install libbios, a general C library. Eventhough i've compiled all the required package (gsl) and added CPPFLAGS / LDFLAGS paths i receive checking for cblas_dgemm in -lgslcblas... no configure: error: Cannot find cblas library during configuring. Is there anything i may have overlooked? Thanks, DIV |

How about appending the compile argument with -lgsl and/or -lgslcblas?
