Default low signal for one base

Sometimes i have problem with signal intensity for one base. The average signal for all bases is good. It is similar problem to G after A but it not always G that have very low signal.
Any suggestions?

This is normally caused by large dye blob peaks throwing out the inter-channel normalisation. You can occasionally get this problem if your array alignment is not good, but this in less common. You really need to provide an example trace file for me to be able to comment further.
