    Bioinformatics research proposal

    hi,
    I am planning to applay phd in abroad. For that I need to make a research proposal. PLease give me some idea or outline regarding this....

    IMHO this is your job - you should find your own motivation to write a proposal about something on a topic that interests you. Look for recent reviews in that topic and look for descriptions of outstanding challenges, that might be a start.

      Find an interest, find a lab. Or search for a phd position in a field you are interested in.
