Default PacBio Sequel II services

We think the PacBio Sequel II should force a giant change in how people approach routine sequencing work. In the past, the usual progression was to do the bulk of sequencing with Illumina short reads, then improve the contiguity of the assembly with PacBio. The Sequel II has dramatically lower costs and we think many sequencing projects should start and end with PacBio long reads. See our projects page for examples and pricing: https://www.snpsaurus.com/pacbio-small-genome-assembly/
