Default what does it means

I received a seq. report for a gene which says Intron 34: c.6477+13delC

Can someone pl. explain what +13delC means? Thanks a lot for your help.

Best guess: Intron 34 starts after cDNA base pair 6477 and 13 bp into the intron the normal C is deleted.
