We are very glad to announce the opening of the NGS facility of the European Zebrafish Ressource Center in Karlsruhe, Germany.
As an Academic lab and core Facility our prices are, I believe, competitive while meeting all the quality standards. We are experienced service provider for the whole scientific community for small-RNAseq, Genome Sequencing, exome sequencing, ChiPSeq, directional RNAseq.
We also develop bioinformatic pipelines for data analysis especially transcriptomic data and SNPs analysis in collaboration with several centers in Europe.
I hope to raise some interest to you and I am looking forward for nice interactions and share of expertize on this forum.
