Default AMPure XP on Hamilton STARlet

Does anyone have a method they would be willing to share? Hamilton's shared resources are limited. I have something that I am working on adapting, but it will take some time.

Semi-related question: what is the lowest sample volume you have used for automated magnetic bead cleanups on a robot? (Hamilton, Tecan, etc.) 50uL, 25uL, 10uL, 5uL?

answering the 2nd question:
-With the appropiate labware and magnet combination you should be able to go down untill 15ul elution volume.
-If your concern is the input sample volume.. you can always dilute your DNA prior the APMURE purification, just keep the ratios.

Regarding the Hamilton method...it's hard to share them because of the multiple configurations... but if you need help on that let me know.
