mouse embryonic stem cell RNA-Seq data

I am interested in comparing my RNA-Seq data to an undifferentiated mouse ES cell transcriptome.

Does anybody know of a reference RNA-Seq data set that most people use for mouse embryonic stem cells?

The Scripture paper has nice polyA-selected RNA-seq data from ES, MEF, and NP in mouse (Guttman, et al. Nature Biotech 2010 PMID:20436462)
