The Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics in Freiburg, Germany invites applications for the position of a
for our in-house deep-sequencing facility. Funding for this position is expected to be available from September 2012 for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities include the development of improved experimental protocols especially for ChIP-seq and the operational management of deep-sequencing projects. This position will also help with experimental design and provide critical advice to the users of the facility. Our group supports many projects at the institute, with a particular focus on immunological and epigenetic questions. This includes the generation, analysis and interpretation of genome-wide data.
