Hi all,
I am using FASTX tool kit to for the quality control. When I run fastq_quality_boxplot_graph.sh script on the quality stats file, I get following two strange errors: line 0: undefined variable: inside and gnuplot> plot 'my_input_file' using 1:7:11:12:9 with candlesticks lt 1 lw 1 title 'Quartiles' whiskerbars, '' using 1:8:8:8:8 with candlesticks lt -1 lw 2 title 'Medians' ^ line 0: ';' expected Any suggestions? Thanks. |

I figured my GNU plot libraries were missing. I installed them and it worked.
