bluepippin size selection for SMRTbells

Hello,

at which step of the 10kb protocol for preparation of SMRTbell libraries do you run BluePippin 20kb cassette for size selection? I am preparing gDNAs for complete sequencing.

Current 10kb protocol does not include a Pippin size selection step but if you want to include it then it will be after ligation clean ups. You might follow a Sequel 10 and 20kb hybrid protocol.

With PacBio 10kb protocol, we got the library sizing around 7kb on agarose gel, no need to do size selection.
