Itru 5 and itru 7 stubs with ApeK1/BamH1 ddrad

Hi,
Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I am just wondering if the itru5 and 7 stubs would be compatible to barcode my samples when using both ApeK1 and BamH1 REs? I am very new to this so any help is appreciated.
