  • Enrichment analysis with DAVID tool - question

    Hi All,

I am still new in the field and I have a question please.

I have a dataset of gene expressions and I am running biclustering methods over them. The dataset is colon cancer dataset, When I get the new biclusters I want to do biological validation; enrichment analysis to find how many genes are enriched in each bicluster. I want to use DAVID tool for that.
My question is when I upload my gene set to DAVID tool, I choose "Functional Annotation Clustering" then I have set of clusters for the set of genes that I uploaded with different gene enrichment score. How can I find "Proportion of biclusters significantly enriched" as it has been done in Figure 3 of this paper "A systematic comparison and evaluation of biclustering methods
    for gene expression data"

Any help please? Any hint really appreciated.

Could anyone with experience direct me please.
    Thanks!

    Strategies for Sequencing Challenging Samples
    by seqadmin

Despite advancements in sequencing platforms and related sample preparation technologies, certain sample types continue to present significant challenges that can compromise sequencing results. Pedro Echave, Senior Manager of the Global Business Segment at Revvity, explained that the success of a sequencing experiment ultimately depends on the amount and integrity of the nucleic acid template (RNA or DNA) obtained from a sample. “The better the quality of the nucleic acid isolated...
