Default Convert segemehl *.map file into .gr file.

Hi Everyone,

Myself Sathesh & am new in illumina work for RNA-Seq analysis (segemehl for mapping). I need a help to convert segemehl output (*.map) file into *.gr format which supported by Affimetrix IGB browser. For your further reference I have attached .map & also .gr file.

I hope you able to understand both files, these are self explanatory. Just i changed the name alone - sam.txt & into sam1.txt.

The gr file nothing but co-ordinate physical position and second column is how many times present in query sequence.

If you provide me some guide line to write perl script to convert map file into .gr file, i'll grateful to you.

Thanks in advance,
Sathesh Kumar
