What is the definition of the header line in csfasta file e.g.

>1_88_1830_F3, what is 88, 1830 stands for? Thanks.

There are three numbers ">X_Y_Z_ADAPTOR". "X" refers to the panel of original (>2000 panels per slide), and "Y" and "Z" refer to the pixel co-ordinates.
