Publishing large seq. data, repositories and date for data availability?

Dear forum,

We are currently in the process of submitting a manuscript, but do not wish to make the raw sequencing data available publically prior to acceptance. Also, where can we upload these files (raw fastqs) to be permanently accessible to others. It is mouse RNA sequnec. data. Im sorry if this topic has been asked before.
