Map exon position to the Protein position
Hi All,
I have few exonic positions with Ensemble gene ID that I want to map to the protein Position.
e.g.
ENSTRUG00000017972
Exon=4
ExonPosition=14
Nucleotide=C
what I want is:
Protein name/Transcript name
Protein_position
Amino Acid
Is there any script or method/tool available that could help me?
