Default Using MIRA assembler for illumina sequence

Hello,
I'm trying to use ,MIRA assembler on a small data which is sequenced using illumina. But the instruction on the MIRA manual is for mapping using another file as a backbone.
Is any one knows how to perform de novo assembly using MIRA for illumina reads??

thanks,

Robel hailu

Can you please give me the link where mapping assembly instruction was given for mira?
I want to assemble reads against reference using iontorrent data.

THank you.
