Default Simulations in Bioperl?

Well, what I want to do is to make some simulation studies about phylogeny and so I need modules to generate trees and make some sequences evolve over them. Complication is that it's not nucleotide/AA seqs, but gene order in genomes. Does BioPerl offer anything of help for me then?
