Default what are the headers on the nucmer .snp file?

I'm using RATT (rapid annotation transfer tool) and part of the output is a "nucmer.<custom file name>.snp" file. I assme this is a snp file from nucmer. But it has no headers and so far trying to find nucmer docs hasn't told me what the columns are. Can someone point me in the direction of the appropriate documentation to make sense of this file, please?

Default

The documentation of the .snp file of nucmer is here;

http://mummer.sourceforge.net/manual/#snps

Probably the -H option was set, so the headers are not shown. You should be able to link the information at the website with your file.
