ABRF2011 Satellite Workshop: Next Generation Sequencing Considerations For Core Professionals
Workshop Description
This workshop is intended for the laboratory professional looking to enhance the quality of their recently established Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) services. It is not intended for the seasoned NGS service provider. The organization of the workshop will be similar to the workflow a core professional expert might take when working with an investigator on their next generation sequencing project. The early sessions will focus on platform choice, experimental design, and sample preparation considerations. The latter sessions will focus on the performance of specific applications.
