I am getting this line in the shell error log when running Cufflinks using SGE:
Can anyone give me a hint about what I need to do to solve this? Also, I should mention that the Cufflinks run itself is not terminating and all three output files are produced: it's just that I would like to understand what is causing this. I tried this:
So it seems that libz.so.1 is available on the system.
Any help would be appreciated,
