hi,

anyone know a tool that can make eland files ?
i want to do some chip seq analyse starting with a fastq file in txt format
i used bowtie on this and have .sam and .map output files, i could use those in USeq to make bed files and like this view in uscs genome browser
now i want to go further but for most tools i need eland files ...
so anyone know how to make them beginning from those files above ?

as i understand
.eland files are the files u get while using eland witch in not open source and is only available if u pay for it -.-
real nice that all other tools are based on that type of file and not based on type of files that come out of open source software
