  • Has anyone used GAAS (Genome relative Abundance and Average Size)?

    Hello experts,

I have been trying to use GAAS (Genome relative Abundance and Average Size) tool for my metagenomic datasets. I am wondering if anyone has tried out this tool then I could get some advices. Its tutorial says I need to download some of NCBI databases and other files including "taxids.txt" and "VPT.tree" and they are available from the link provided in the tutorial. But the link is not available and I don't know where I could get them. Please share your experiences with me if you have used it. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
