Hi all,
I am trying to confirm some of the members of my pedigree mainly father and son and mother and daughter. I do have some mitochondrial loci to check maternal links but have nothing for paternal ones. Can someone please suggest best STR markers I can use for my paternal testing asap. Thanks, John. |

What data do you have? Whole genomes? Exomes?
