Hello,

1.What is the minimum concentration or minimum number of DNA copies required by next gen sequencing or standard sequencing machine (assuming I would like to sequence 10,000 bases or more)?

2. If I end up with clean ssDNA fragments, lengthen between 10,000-1,000,000bp (after column purification), what would be the best sequencing platform for me to use?

Rule of thumb is if you can measure it you can sequence it.
