Hello everybody
I am new to ngs data and the beginning of my work in our lab is to make bibliography on the ngs subject.
What I cannot find, or what I haven't yet realy understood, is what kind of library you can use on what platform.
I have read about paired-end, mate-pair, single-end, strobed-reads ... can they all be used on all existing platforms (Illumina, 454, SOLiD, ...) or is each specific to a particular one ?
