MG-RAST heatmaps vs tables

Hi,

I loaded different metagenomes and
compared them using the heatmap at the gene function level (the highest
level of comparison). I then downloaded the
values associated with the heatmap. I went back and looked at each individual metagenome and tried to find the same genes. However, I don't find them
in the individual subsystem tables. I also noticed certain genes present in the
individual tables are not present in the heatmap. Why does
this occur? Has anyone else encountered this problem?
