Hi there, Im just wondering if anyone can enlighten me on this. I have sent a sample for sequencing on the GAIIx platform and have no idea as to what sort of time I should expect the library preparation and sequencing to take. Im very new to the world of small RNA sequencing so even a ballpark estimate would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

if you are not in line I would say at least 3 weeks from smRNA prep through sequencing, assuming they have prepped smRNA before. if you are on a wait list for the machine then that would increase the time as well. -
